softcoresoft is an electronic music producer, DJ, and community organizer active since 2015. Her sound blends techno, acid, electro and trance.
She is an alumni of the RBMA Bass Camp Calgary (2019), has two Boiler Room shows under her belt (Toronto and Paris, the latter was not recorded) and a vinyl release on London-based label Lobster Theremin (Otherworlds EP, 2019).
She co-founded the techno label Humidex with Esse Ran and S. Chioini.
Her local performances have included the city’s best electronic music platforms, such as several appearances at MUTEK Montréal and Piknic Électronik, Igloofest, Stereo nightclub, Homegrown Harvest, OCTOV, Exposé Noir, Never Apart, POP Montréal, LIP, Datcha as well as countless underground raves and loft parties.
Outside of her hometown, softcoresoft performed in New York (Unter, Bound, Technofeminism), Paris (Possession x Boiler Room), Berlin (Buttons, Weeeirdos), Barcelona (LAUT), London (Corsica Studios), Detroit (Marble Bar), Norway (International Bergen Festival), Düsseldorf (Golzheim), and many more.
For three years (2018-2021), she was the Music Director at Never Apart, programming all the music events, workshops and talks, with a focus on elevating queer and female artists. She currently works as Local Brand Manager at Ableton.
